Yes. Our Fujitsu units are rated to heat efficiently down to 5°F. The East Bay’s coldest mornings rarely go below 35°F, so you’ll have significant headroom. Many customers say the heat is steadier than their old furnace.
Sometimes. About a third of the homes we visit need a panel upgrade or a subpanel. We assess this during the free estimate and quote it up front if required, then show whether any current incentives help offset that work.
